PICK UP IN STORE:
You can get your order in our store at 170 Keresztúri Street Budapest 1106, from Monday to Friday between 7:00 and 16:00.
OUR DELIVERY SERVICE:
With our own trucks, the cost depends on the ordered quantity and the distance.
We only deliver orders exceeding 100,000 HUF with our own vehicles.
(This value limit DOES NOT APPLY to orders to be delivered by post our courier.)
DELIVERY by post or courier: in this case payment can be done either upon delivery or by bank transfer in advance.
Please note that there is an extra cost for payments upon delivery, which varies depending on the value of the package, but at least 1,500-2,000 HUF. Therefore we recommend the bank transfer, which is a lot cheaper, so you will only have to pay for the shipping.
PROCESS OF SHIPPING:
- We process your order as soon as possible.
- We mandate a courier company by 15:30 at the latest on the same day.
- The courier picks up the package the next day.
- The courier delivers your order on the third day (nine out of ten times).
The cost of the delivery depends upon the distance and the weight and size of the package, about which you will be notified in advance.
Unfortunately not all products can be delivered at a low cost! Products exceeding 120 x 80 cm (size of a pallet), even if they don’t weigh too much, are delivered based on their volume. 1 m³ equals 300 kg of load, which is delivered for 12,000 HUF gross.
Couriers deliver products over 2m for an unreasonably high fee. For this reason we do not recommend to use a courier for items over 2m.
PAYMENT:
You can pay in cash, by credit card (with a sales check or an invoice) or by bank transfer in advance or after delivery.
